Square 1 Design

JerseyCoastRealty.com does not actual sell real estate or book rental properties, we merely act as a gateway to the listings provided by our Real Estate Agencies throughout the Jersey Coast. This website has been built and operated by Brett Matthews, President of Square 1 Design and a Cape May, NJ local. Square 1 Design, established May 15th 2004, works with realtors on a daily basis to ensure that our visitors are prompted with the most up to date information so that our visitors are able to plan their vacation.

Square 1 Design was also the company that launched and operated JerseyCoastRentals.com. This website still remains online today but is no longer being maintained by Square 1 Design. Although negotiations on this website are still being ironed out, Square 1 Design has remained focused on continuing to provide updated information to our visitors.
